Today it seems almost everyone is after the ever elusive sixpack abs. Men in particular seem to strive after ripped looking abs, and if they say they don’t care about them they more than likely are lying or simply denying it. What’s true about many people though is that they seem to lack motivation to reach their goals or if motivation is not the problem it is simply that they have no idea how to go about getting them.
